Property signage – at your discretion, putting one of our holiday rental signs outside of your property can increase your bookings.We often get phone calls from people who are driving by.

If you have your own web site, we can also link it to the Halls Gap Accommodation booking system so that the availability shown there is 100% accurate.

Pricing management and revenue optimisation

We’ll utilise our knowledge of the regions peak demands to ensure we deliver you the best rental returns possible.We establish minimum nights around festivals and long week ends and we know when to demand higher yields.Equally we have the flexibility to offer discounts for last minute or longer-term bookings.

Our aim is to ensure that you get the best return possible on your investment, we often take over properties and return higher yields than the owner was generating.

We handle all guest enquiries about your property and co-ordinate all bookings, payment collection, questions, check in and check out process and departure reviews.

Our response rate to enquiries is often under 1 hour – enabling us to convert more enquiries to bookings.Potential guests are more likely to book if they get a quick response.

The other good news is we have over 10,000 previous guests and clients on our database who regularly book using our service.We cross promote all of our listings so if a property that receives an enquiry is booked we will do our best to convert this to another similar property under our management.

Reporting and booking visibility

We provide financial reports on your earnings and visibility on all guest bookings and reviews.

A monthly report is provided so that you can track your progress and an annual report is available for tax purposes.

Housekeeping

We can recommend multiple cleaners who can quote on the cleaning of your property and supply linens, fresh towels.Once appointed we then book all your exit cleans to streamline the process and to ensure your property is back up online and available for the next guest to book.
