Welcome to your home away from home at Parkview South! This spacious holiday houses offer the perfect retreat for large family gatherings, accommodating up to 12. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities make your stay effortless—just bring your food. Enjoy entertainment with a billiard table and a 65-inch Smart TV in the large living area.
Indulge in the outdoor kitchen/BBQ entertaining area, perfect for socializing. Adjacent to Halls Gap sports oval, the house provide a safe play area for children. Conveniently located, shops and the Halls Gap swimming pool are just a 5-minute walk away, ideal for summer holidays.
The house feature five bedrooms—four with queen beds, one with a single trundle, and the fifth with 2 sets of bunks. Electric blankets ensure your comfort. Two bathrooms cater to your needs. The modern kitchen includes a dishwasher, and full laundry facilities are at your disposal.
Experience year-round comfort with ducted air-conditioning and a wood heater (wood supplied). Outdoors, find an outdoor sink, gas barbecue, tables, chairs, and a campfire site.

Fantastic
Have stayed at Parkview West & South for a week in March for a number of years - an annual get together for my siblings and partners etc. The houses are fantastic and so well maintained. The serenity is beautiful with wild animals your friends. Short walk to the shops but you feel as if you're in the middle of the bush. Love it and would absolutely recommend one of the houses for anyone wanting a perfect holiday.
The best rental in Halls Gap
We had another wonderful trip to Halls Gap. We have been coming for the past 20 years and for the last 2 have stayed in Parkview South. Hands down the best location & property we’ve stayed in. Comfortably sleeping 11 with so much room. All of the Parkview properties look amazing so would highly recommend any of them. We’ll be back again next year. Thanks again.
Just beautiful
Our extended family stayed at Parkview South for 5 nights. Perfectly set up for a large group and a tremendous location. We had the fire going most days and were as warm and comfortable as could be. Close to all amenities and a good kick off point for all the great walks in the Grampians. Thoroughly recommended

3 nights with 5 brothers (all 60-74yo) had a great time, walks, wine, fire, bbq's, cards, pool, lots of animals. very refreshing-we also go every year with partners but a boys only trip is a must

Family Celebration
What a fantastic house for a family celebration. There was plenty of room for 11 people and the children loved the bunk room. Even in the midst of winter the house was warm, the fire and heater worked really well. It was great to have the oval straight off the verandah for the children to run around on with the kangaroos. It’s only a short walk to the shops which was very handy too. Whilst the house is a little tired everything (except for the marked carpet) was really clean and the kitchen was really well equipped. The instructions for keys etc were easy too.
Parkview South
This house has everything! It is in a great location central to the main town and the market was at our doorstep - bonus. It is well equipped, comfortable and clean. We look forward to coming back to Parkview South again. Will definitely recommend.
Parkview South
We have stayed at Parkview South many times. It is walking distance to the town. The house has everything you need it’s always very clean and having two fridges is also a bonus. The kangaroos and bird life is amazing right outside your door. Janet is lovely to deal with. We will definitely be back to this wonderful part of Victoria.
Great House
We had 3 separate families stay in the house consisting of 8 adults and 5 kids. It was a perfect house for such a large group. Plenty of rooms and everyone loved the big dining table for mealtimes. Fantastic veranda to sit and watch cricket on a Saturday or the kangaroos morning and night! The house was very well equipped and the billiard table was a hit as well. Would recommend this house.
Another great stay
This was our 6th stay at the parkview houses and we just love it. The house has everything you need to self cater with an excellent well stocked kitchen, 4 good sized bedrooms with comfy beds and the bunk room. The location is perfect - close to shops, close to walks and it's great to see the kangaroos and emus near by each day. We're already booked to go back.
Perfect base for our group
Our group of 7 mature aged adult bushwalkers found Parkview South to be the perfect base for our 4 night trip to the Grampians. The house had everything we could want and was very spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended.
