Our newly built Halls Gap cottages are located in the Clematis View Townhouse complex in the heart of the Grampians.  Conveniently positioned just a short stroll to the Halls Gap Tavern Bistro & Bottle Shop, a convenience store and within easy access to the centre of Halls Gap Village via the walking and bike track, this Halls Gap accommodation makes a great base to explore the local attractions.

 

Our Halls Gap cottages give you an uninterrupted 180-degree view of the Grampians National Park from its balcony and living rooms. Surrounded by natural farmland, you can sit back, watch and listen to the native animals from the peace of this luxury Halls Gap accommodation.

 

Once you walk through the front door, you will be surrounded by two levels of luxuriously appointed features that you would love to have at home.  The ground floor features one bedroom complete with queen size bed, ensuite with double shower, a full size kitchen with modern appliances such as Miele dishwasher, Smeg Oven and Cooktop, full size fridge, microwave and espresso machine.

 

Additionally, there is a living room with television and dining room that flow through to an outside terrace with table, chairs and BBQ facilities.  Finally, there is also a laundry for your convenience located on this floor.

 

Upstairs comprises of two more bedrooms, one with queen size bed and a balcony, the other with two sets of bunk beds.  There is a second full size bathroom, complete with aero spa bath and a viewing window from the shower.  Completing this floor is a second living room with a Sony wide screen TV, DVD and HIFi, gas log fire and floor to ceiling glass which opens out to the second balcony.

 

Both levels have individual split system heating and cooling units, Jarrah flooring, leather lounges.
